We Offer School-Age Tailored Programs

Mindfulness is a Terrible Thing to Waste!

Mindfulness practices, like expressive writing, offer invaluable tools for school-aged children to navigate the complexities of academic and emotional landscapes. At their core, these practices cultivate self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience—essential life skills often neglected in traditional education. Expressive writing encourages children to explore and articulate their thoughts and emotions, fostering a deeper understanding of themselves and others. Moreover, it provides a safe space for processing difficult experiences and managing stress, which are common barriers to learning in schools. By incorporating expressive writing into the curriculum, schools can address these barriers head-on, empowering students to confront challenges with confidence and clarity.

Write 4 My Soul, LLC's school-based program recognizes the importance of such practices and offers specialized and age-appropriate workshops tailored to the developmental stages of Early Learners (Ages 3-4), Elementary School (Ages 5-10), Middle School (Ages 11-13), High School (Ages 14-17), and Young Adults (Ages 18-21). Through these programs, students not only enhance their academic performance but also nurture their holistic well-being, laying a foundation for lifelong success.
